Refund Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

We want you to be happy with CleanServiceLeads. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues all refunds.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for a Founding or Pro subscription within 14 days of that payment. No reason is required.

Renewal payments after the first one are generally not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges (see below). If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled, contact us and we will make it right.

2. Top-ups

A top-up (500 unlocks for $12) can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its unlocks have been used. Once top-up unlocks have been used, that top-up cannot be refunded. Top-ups expire at the end of the calendar month they were bought in.

3. How to request a refund

  • Use the link in your Paddle receipt email (or visit paddle.net and look up your order), or
  • Email us at support@cleanserviceleads.com from the email on your account, with your order number if you have it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days. When we refund a first subscription payment under the guarantee, we also cancel that subscription and your account moves to the Free plan.

4. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Billing. Choose Manage billing to open Paddle's customer portal and cancel there, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your paid plan until then and you will not be charged again. Canceling does not by itself refund the current period (unless you are within the 14-day guarantee above). Canceling a Founding plan ends founding pricing. This app does not switch you between Founding and Pro.
