What an unlock gives you
- Searching uses previews. Each business in your search results uses one preview. You see the name, type, location, rating, reviews and lead score, with contact details hidden. A lock tag shows Phone, Website, Email or Contact only when that detail is on file.
- Unlocking uses one unlock per business. It reveals the phone, website and address we have for that business, plus an email or contact person when one is on file, and saves it to your pipeline.
- Re-opening a saved lead is free. You are not charged again for a business that is already in your pipeline.
- Allowances reset monthly. Unlocks, previews and top-ups reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused amounts do not roll over.

Questions, answered
What's the difference between a preview and an unlock?
Searching shows you matching businesses with contact details hidden. Each one uses a preview. A lock tag shows Phone, Website, Email or Contact only when that detail is on file. When a lead looks right, unlock it to reveal the phone, website and address we have, plus an email or contact person when we have one, and save it to your pipeline. You only spend unlocks on leads you actually want. An Email tag does not appear on every lead.
What does the founding price include?
Everything on paid plans (CSV export, unlimited saved leads, paid filters) with 400 unlocks a month for $9. It's limited to the first 100 subscribers and stays $9 for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel, founding pricing ends; coming back later is at the Pro price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Billing in the dashboard and choose Manage billing. You finish canceling in Paddle's customer portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account is on Free. Saved leads stay in your account. New saves follow the Free cap. CSV export and contact enrichment are not included on Free. This app does not switch you between Founding and Pro. Canceling Founding ends the $9 price, and a later subscription is Pro.
Do unused unlocks roll over?
No. Monthly allowances and top-ups reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Who handles payment?
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes payments securely and handles sales tax/VAT and invoices. We never see your card details.
