Terms of Service

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Edmund Umbao, a sole proprietor based in the Philippines, doing business as CleanServiceLeads("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of CleanServiceLeads at https://www.cleanserviceleads.com(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that company.

1. What the Service is

CleanServiceLeads is a business-to-business (B2B) software service that helps cleaning businesses in the United States research potential customers. You can search for businesses, preview matching results with contact details hidden, unlock leads to see their available contact details, save them to a pipeline, and (on paid plans) export them to CSV.

The Service is meant for business use only. It is not intended for personal, family, or household purposes.

2. Payments are handled by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles orders, payments, billing, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and payment-related customer service, including returns and refunds.

When you buy a plan or a top-up, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to that purchase in addition to these Terms. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information.
  • Accounts and sign-in are provided through our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@cleanserviceleads.com if you think someone else has access to it.
  • One person or business per account. Do not share, resell, or transfer your account.

4. Plans, allowances, and top-ups

All prices are in US dollars and are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added at checkout.

  • Free: 25 unlocks and 100 search previews per month, up to 25 saved leads, no CSV export.
  • Founding ($9/month): 400 unlocks and 1,600 previews per month, unlimited saved leads, CSV export, and paid filters. Founding pricing is limited to the first 100 paying customers. You keep the founding price only while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel or your subscription ends, founding pricing ends, and subscribing again later is at the then-current Pro price.
  • Pro ($19/month): 1,000 unlocks and 4,000 previews per month, unlimited saved leads, CSV export, and paid filters.
  • Top-ups ($12 for 500 unlocks): a one-time purchase available on paid plans. Top-up unlocks are added to the current calendar month.

Allowances reset monthly. Monthly unlocks, previews, and top-ups reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused unlocks, previews, and top-ups do not roll over and have no cash value.

A preview is one business shown in your search results with contact details hidden. An unlock reveals the available contact details for one lead and saves it to your pipeline. Re-opening a lead you already unlocked is free.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. We may change prices or plan contents for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next renewal after the notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Choose Manage billing to open Paddle's customer portal and cancel there, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your paid plan until then, and you will not be charged again. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your saved leads stay in your account. New saves follow the Free cap. CSV export and contact enrichment are not included on Free. This app does not switch you between Founding and Pro.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service and any data from it lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you will not:

  • Send spam, or use leads for deceptive, abusive, harassing, or misleading outreach.
  • Break any law that applies to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call rules, and state privacy and telemarketing laws.
  • Call or text numbers that require prior consent without having that consent, or ignore opt-out requests.
  • Resell, publish, or share the data as a standalone list or database, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service, get around usage limits, or access it with bots or automated tools other than the features we provide.
  • Attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Service or its security.

You are responsible for how you use the leads you unlock, including honoring opt-outs and keeping do-not-contact records.

7. Lead data

Business information in the Service comes from third-party sources of publicly available business data, provided to us by our data provider. We do not create or verify this data ourselves.

Data is provided "as is". Listings may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and some businesses may have closed or changed their details. Check contact details before you use them. Unlocks are used when a lead is revealed, whether or not that lead turns out to be useful, except where we say otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design, text, and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

You may use leads you unlock, including CSV exports, for your own business outreach, subject to these Terms. Notes and other content you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any lead will result in business for you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your outreach or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms (especially the acceptable use rules), if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we must do so to comply with law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. If we close the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection or other laws of your state or country that cannot be waived or changed by contract. If you are in the United States, those non-waivable rights still apply to you. Before starting any formal dispute, please email us at support@cleanserviceleads.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
