How CleanServiceLeads Works
Find local commercial prospects, see who looks strongest, and only spend unlocks on the businesses you want to contact. Here is the workflow, step by step.
Search
- Sign in, then enter a US location (for example Austin, TX) and a business type, such as dental clinics or property managers.
- Narrow the list with filters like minimum rating, minimum reviews, website, contact details on file, or ZIP codes. Verified-listing filters are on paid plans.
- Before you run a search, a free match count shows roughly how many businesses fit. Checking the count does not use previews or unlocks.
- Each search returns up to 25 results on Free and up to 100 on paid plans. Duplicate listings that share a phone number are removed.
Preview
- Results arrive ranked by lead score, with contact details hidden.
- For each business you see the name, business type, city and state, rating, review count, score, priority label and the reasons behind the score.
- A lock tag shows which details are on file before you unlock: Phone, Website, Email or Contact. Email and Contact appear only when that detail is on file. Founding and Pro can look for them with Enrich contacts. Free search does not request contact enrichment. The lock means the value is hidden. It does not mean every lead has an email.
- Each business in your results uses one preview from your monthly allowance.
Unlock
- Unlock the businesses you want. One unlock reveals the phone, website and address on file, plus an email or contact person when we have one.
- Every unlocked lead is saved to your pipeline automatically. Re-opening a saved lead is free.
- Free accounts get 25 unlocks a month and can save up to 25 leads. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Track
- Give each saved lead a status: Saved, Contacted, Follow Up, Ready or Not a Fit.
- Add your own notes after each call so you know who needs a follow-up.
- On Founding and Pro, export your saved leads to CSV for a dialer or CRM.
What the Lead Score Means
Every lead gets a 0 to 100 score and a label: Hot (75 and up), Warm (45 to 74) or Low (under 45). The score rewards businesses that are easy to reach and well established. A full public listing, with no email and no person contact, scores 70, which is Warm. Email on file adds 20 points. A person contact adds 10. A lead can reach Hot with a person contact and no email (up to 80). Hot does not mean an email is on file.

What the score does not tell you
- It does not mean a business is looking for a cleaning company, has a budget, or will reply.
- It is based on public listing data, which can be incomplete or out of date.
- Use it to decide who to call first, then review each business before you reach out.
